Personalised Name Keychains: A Buyer's Guide for Return Gifts, Birthdays and Office Events

A keychain with someone's name on it is the smallest gift that still feels chosen. Our Customizable name keychain (Rs 144) is printed to order in Mumbai with the name raised in the plastic itself, not stuck on or engraved, so it does not wear off. This guide covers how it works and how to order for a group.
How the name is printed
The keychain is printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic. The base and the letters are printed in different colours, and the lettering is part of the print, so there is no sticker or paint to peel. Enter the name on the product page when you add it to cart. Short names print boldest; very long names or two words are still possible but the letters will be smaller. If you have a nickname with unusual spelling, type it exactly as you want it to appear.

Bulk discounts apply by quantity:
- 25 to 49 pieces: 10% off
- 50 to 99 pieces: 15% off
- 100 to 499 pieces: 20% off
- 500 and above: custom quote
For a bulk order, send the list of names as a spreadsheet through the Bulk Orders page or on WhatsApp via the contact page. We check spellings back with you before printing. Bulk orders take about 5 to 10 business days to print plus 3 to 7 days to ship, so for a dated event, order two to three weeks ahead.

Delivery, COD and returns
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days across India. Orders above Rs 999 ship free, and cash on delivery is available up to Rs 5,000. Because personalised keychains are made for one person, they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but any misprint or damage is replaced free if reported with a photo within 7 days. Care
PLA keychains handle daily use well. The only real hazard is heat: do not leave them on a car dashboard in summer. Our care guide has the rest.
